Multi Registration Error

Got this error when selecting number of registrants:


Fatal error: Class 'CRM_Event_Form_Registration_AdditionalParticipant' not found in ...sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Event/StateMachine/Registration.php on line 86

I'm not a civi expert, but do you have any way to look at the PHP file throwing the error and see what's on line 86?  It appears there may be a file missing.  Is this a recent install or upgrade?  You might want to re-install civi.
