I'm trying to generate a letter from a message template using the PDF letter options. I have tried a number of options and am just not getting the images to appear.  I have got it to the point where I don't see the little red cross any more, and it doesn't seem to make any difference if I have the file path or the web access path. Does anyone have any pointers as to why this is not working?

On a possibly related note, part of my letter has some spaces with underlines - allowing people to fill in some blanks and these are not appearing either.

I am on a hosted environment and may not have access to some of the font generation stuff, but I don't think that makes much difference as long as I'm happy to tolerate serif fonts.

Any help gratefully accepted.

Edit: I found the problem with images - it doesn't like .bmp files.  I'd pull the post but it might help someone else later.
