Hi there,
For a litlle help on the french translation, is someone could explain to me what: "UF Group" means?

As Yashodha wrote, these are User Framework Groups – i.e., these are the groups of core and custom fields that are exposed in CiviCRM Profiles. I don't think we expose this terminology in the user interface though - we use Profile in most / all places.
