suggesting MySQL 5.1+ is preferred for new installations

I've modified the system requirements page to suggest MySQL 5.1 is preferred over MySQL 5.0 for new installations:

http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Drupal+Installation+Guide

http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Joomla+Installation+Guide

Posting here to ensure that the core team approves the language on this change. Might be good to identify functionality where triggers are used at present since most people can use CiviCRM fine with MySQL 5.0 as they don't need those features.

I'm looking at implementing logging per discussions elsewhere using triggers.
