Multiple Guests booking with discount for group bookings........... this is a wild dream or can be achieved?
 
Did this strike anybody? anybody implemented with some modifications? please help.......

Group booking....

-   2 persons set % off the regular price.
-   3 persons set% off the regular price.
-   4 -5 persons set% off the regular price.
-   6 – 10 persons set% off the regular price.
-   10 and more set% off the regular price.

Where all the pricing and the discounts has to be automatically calculated by the system after entering additional guest information.
When clicked on it. System should automatically calculate the price.

Next payment according to total price and conformation.

I'm not a software guy...i really appreciate anybody to take this up......

Iam not php expert and but I tried the buildAmount hook.

It seems to be only for membership and standard discounts. It is not that logical...it is very basic  discounting.

How to achieve the above/below described discounting process (i.e. with the number of participants registered the discount varies automatically)

by registering another participant >> say for example the fee for the event is $100 per participant.

From additional participant on wards the fee changes automatically...

* if they register 3 or 4 participants all the participants fees will be discounted to 10% (each will only only $90 (10% discounted fees = $90 per participant on the confirmation page)

* if they register 5-7 participants all the participants fees will be discounted to 15% (each will only only $85 (15% discounted fees = $85 per participant on the confirmation page)

* if they register 7-10 participants all the participants fees will be discounted to 25% (each will only only $75 (25% discounted fees = $75 per participant on the confirmation page)

* in some cases they want to register 30 participants then it should be customized to 30% flat discount.



how to to achieve that ?
