Je recherche , le liens de téléchargement  des langues traductions françaises .
Nouvel utilisateur je ne suis pas encore habitué à ce CRM.

You should find the civicrm-l10n-… downloads at SourceForge; you need to fetch the file and unpack it to the directory on the server where CiviCRM is installed (so that the l10n directory is at the same level as the CRM directory).
