Hi all,
I seem to be having a similar problem.
I have changed the link to the css file and that works, I have made sure my base url is correct. Any other suggestions?
P.S. See scrnDump.jpg to see exact problem.
Cheers

PROBLEM SOLVED - Created myself a different username and password and deleted my old one. Simples.

I am seeing the same problem as described here after upgrading to 3.1.3 and THEN completing a CMS user / Civicrm Contact sync. It appeared to work prior to the sync. I truncated the civicrm_uf_match table prior to the sync in order to clear out a whole bunch of snarled up records

Deleting the civicrm_uf_match record for my logged in user fixed it. I can't see any difference between the records created by the administrative sync and the logged in user recreating the record through normal civicrm use but .... I'm starting to think there must be a joomla equivalent of 'truncate sessions'

Aha jos_session has been emptied & I truncated & re-created civicrm_uf_match - will see if that fixes it

OK, that didn't work. Creating the users match using the administrative process seems to cause the problem. Removing the matches and allowing the users to recreate them seems to fix it but I can't see the missing connection

I tried truncating the civicrm_uf_match, every civicrm table ending in _cache and jos_sessions. When I logged back in the menus were gone.

I truncated civicrm_uf_match & refreshed and like a cheap magic show there they were

OK - I'm seeing the same on a drupal site now.

I have no menus. If I remove my civicrm_uf_match record I do have navigation menus. If I log out & in the record is re-created and the menus disappear.

Site is 3.1.3 and it is multisite - but the other site I saw this on was 3.1.3 joomla single site.
