migrated servers, contact & member data not appearing

Running Drupal 6.15/CiviCRM 3.1.3 on server1. Did a new CiviCRM 3.1.3 install on server 2 (worked fine), copied CiviCRM db from server 1 to server 2 (updated config_domain fields, updated settings.php and civicrm.settings.php). Install with copied db on server 2 seems to work fine (no errors) BUT contacts, members/activities, and custom profiles are not appearing. Checked the db on server 2 and the records are there, just not showing up in CiviCRM. Any ideas? Thanks!

No warning/errors ? Check the log too.

No warnings or errors, displayed or in the log. I've compared the contacts table side by side and they appear identical. Only thing I can think of is some tables are not relating properly (but wouldn't I get a foreign key constraint error?). Is it possibly a drupal permissions issue?

It took a third install to get everything working properly. The process was more complex than I anticipated. By the way, do not use rackspace cloud sites for drupal and/or civicrm. It's a joke how bad performance is.
