Add 'With Contact' information to the email sent when an activity is reAssigned?

When an activity is (re)assigned an email is sent to the contact it is Assigned To.

This activity summary email contains standard fields about the activity but a client has pointed out that it would be useful if the email also included the 'With Contact' information.
