Using tokens in event text
March 08, 2010, 12:40:00 pm
Hi there,

We have quite a few events on our website and in the confirmation, registration and email confirmation settings we say exactly the same thing - which I can handle.  The issue is that our volunteers changet quite often and this registration text contains the address of the current volunteer in the position.  I'd really like to put a lookup of the current volunteer and their address into the template and all events so that volunteer changes become a lot easier to manage.

I'm just not sure what the best way to do this is and would really appreciate some pointers.  I'm semi-literate in a development sense, but quite a newbie when it comes to civiCRM.

Thanks for any help you can offer.
