Hard to explain - and even harder to nail down - so just flagging it in case lots of others say 'yes me too'

As I work my way through a lot of configurations, setting up Membership Types, Custom Data, Contribution Pages, Importing etc I keep getting to the bottom of a form, and hitting Save or Continue and finding that I get stepped back to the beginning of the process and my input has failed to be saved.

Eg

Import, step 2, set up all the field mappings, set 'save mapping' hit next/continue find myself back at step 1

Contribution Page, step 2, set up Pay Later and Other Amounts, hit Continue, back to Step 1

Same on setting up a Membership type.

Guess i need to put some error logs in place but ... is it just me?
