When I try to create a new membership for an existing contact using the "Submit credit card membership" button, I am unable to select "Membership organization and type" -- the drop-down boxes aren't populated with anything. But when I create a membership using the "New membership" button, the "Membership organization" shows up fine (I have only one), and I am able to select from my various membership types.

The type of contact I'm trying this with is "organization," and I'm doing it from the membership tab on the contact record. But I've tried it with an individual contact and have the same problem.

I'm pretty sure this was working okay in a previous version of CiviCRM.
