Additional guest registrations

Hey folks,

I am using CiviCRM 3.1.2 with Joomla 1.5.15.

When an event registrant registers additional people, how can I find out WHO they registered?  Are those profiles somehow linked to the initial registrant?

It would be nice to be able to click on any guest and see if they registered themselves or if they are a guest of (registered by) someone else.

Thanks so much for any help.  I'm sure I'm overlooking something quite simple.
