[SOLVED] Dashlets says false
March 12, 2010, 07:28:35 am
I'm having the same issue as http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,11434.0.html . I'm running CiviCRM 3.1.3 and Drupal 6.15. I have two CiviCRM/Drupal instances, but this issue occurs in only one of them (there are sharing database between Drupal and CiviCRM).

Thanks,
mano.

Can you make sure php_json extension is available on your server.

Yes, it's available, I have three instances of CiviCRM in the server. One with Civi 3.0 and the two others with Civi 3.1.3. One of the 3.1.3 works fine, but the other one has the problem I described above.

Here is a link with the extension list of my server:

Is your resource url correct? Did you try "Refresh Dashboard Data"

Can't think of anything else..

Where can I find the resource URL?

I didn't have this problem with the others installations. This installation has a shared database between drupal and civicrm.

I found out!! The domain isn't public and I didn't add it to the server hosts. Now dashlets are working fine!

Thanks!
