Fresh install says it is good but cant find civicrm anywhere

I have a system, based on centos 5.4 with Virtualmin installed on this.

Virtualmin allowed for an install of Drupal 6.15

I installed the drupal-6.15-to-6.16.patch as per http://fuerstnet.de/en/drupal-upgrade-easier

Then followed the instructions for install until I got to the state where everything was green on the install and installed it.

The mysql tables have been created.

After the install I click on configuration checklist and get Page not found so I have not run through that

I can not see civicrm anywhere (in modules) or anywhere within drupal.  How can I get the menu.

In particular the Administer CiviCRM menu would be most useful

I am sure I have installed the last version of civicrm on the same server (in a different site) with no issues what can I be doing wrong.

So when you go to drupals admin/build/modules do you see civicrm there?
If not then that is the first problem.
Also look at the drupal reports to see if there is a error. This is a module that needs to be turned on in drupal (database logging)
Now if civicrm is in the module list and is checked then there are some options there.
But let me know what the answers are to the above.

Civicrrm is not in the modules.

I can not see any relevant errors in the recent log entries

I have run through the install again as per instructions given http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Drupal+Installation+Guide.

This second time I did not install the update patch, and I still get the same issue.

I can see some people had issues with 2.2 installs http://drupal.org/node/320985

I hope I can get to the bottom of this I have a user wanting to test the new version

John
