Joomla to Drupal Issues
March 12, 2010, 11:41:22 am
I have made the jump to Drupal - Much faster and more control, but I have lost the main drop down menu at the top of the page when I installed the Joomla Civi Data into the drupal Civi DB.

Any suggestions on how to get it back?

I have dumped the menu table in the DB and run the reset menu script.

Thanks.

Can you verify the resource URLs in Administer CiviCRM?

Also, can you check the HTML source of the page and see whether the menu is there (just not displaying) or missing altogether?

I would do following:

1. Install fresh CiviCRM in Drupal ( same version as existing CiviCRM in Joomla )
2. Drop CiviCRM db that was created for Drupal and import Joomla civicrm db.
3. Empty civicrm_uf_match table, civicrm_menu
4. Set config_backend to null in civicrm_domain table.
5. Then rebuild menu using: http://<sitename>/civicrm/menu/rebuild?reset=1
