Empty Mailing Labels

I've been using 3.0 for quite awhile, but just tried mailing labels for the first time in several months. They're all blank now.

Did I miss a step during an upgrade?

Make sure mailing label format is set, http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/address&reset=1
