Joomla 1.5.15 and CiviCRM 3.1.1

Admin taking bookingover phone from event registree. She meant to put pay later but put registered when no payment was taken.

When she wants to edit the record we now get the message.

Please correct the following errors in the form fields below:

* Please select Time
* Please select at least one option from price set.

'Time' i don't understand.
Price set is already selected for that person and take Dave Greenbergs point/workaround for not changing a price set - but in this case the price set is assigned already and not editable.

Is this a bug or template issue?
We have minor template tweaks to event registration.

Sounds like a template issue - you can try and recreate on public demo. You should be able to edit an existing event registration record that doesn't have payment associated (contribution record) and check the 'Record Payment' box to add payment info.
