paypal express doesn't work with recurring contrib

Using PayPal pro --
If a recurring contrib is configured and the user chooses to pay with the paypal express button (to process throughout their paypal account), it does not respect the recurring contrib, but processes as a one-time payment. I think it may be an issue with having a different url for paypal express recurring, but I haven't been able to track down any firm yet.

i suspect the easiest thing to do for now might be to suppress the paypal express button if paypal pro recurring is enabled. This should be a matter of template customization

I dont know if paypal express has support for recurring, would be good to find that out

a better step might be to use a form rule and give an error disallowing users from clicking on the express button if recurring options are chosen

i think the last option is my current favorite for 3.1.x/3.2.x. Wanna add an issue and submit a patch?
