Tracking Multiple Activities for Contact Sub-Type
March 19, 2010, 12:07:14 pm
Hello,

I have created a contact sub-type called 'Funders', which tracks applications to, and correspondence with, funders of a non-profit organization I work for.

I created a profile, containging several custom fields, but need to simply the input / edit form for this subtype so that "non-techy" users are able to easily access the information.  Does anyone have suggestions on how I can:

a) Disply only the relevent fields for this specific contact subtype (through a profile or otherwise),

AND

b) Allow users to access the activities tab, where they can record interactions with funders,

AND

c)  Limit the view pane for this subtype only to custom data, activities and summary information?

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!
