We have a customer with several contacts whoes last name is literally "Null"

The contact record is created but the lastname is not displayed. I was able to replicate this on the demo site.

Contact Firstname: Lastnameis Last name: Null Email lastnameisnull.

Any suggestions? Adding an additional character works but is not optimal.

i dont think there is an easy solution to this in v3.2 and prior. we hope to fix this in the 4.x series if/when we move to a different database library

the main issue was older versions of DB_DataObject used the string "null" to indicate reset this column value to null. We'll need to figure out how to get around this.
