R U New? Checkout a Getting Started with CiviCRM Workshop

Are you new to CiviCRM?
Have you heard about CiviCRM and are wondering how it can assist your nonprofit?

Our "Getting Started with CiviCRM Workshop" might be worth checking out.

This is an open 1.5-hour Webinar where you will be given a guided tour of CiviCRM and its out-of-the-box functionality (CiviMember, CiviEvent, CiviContribute).

  • Live, online/virtual training by an experienced CiviCRM consultant and developer
  • Talk directly to the instructors
  • Get answers to those nagging questions and concerns

Cost is $0  (Get as many people as you can and crowd around a computer and phone)

Yes I am new to CiviCRM and interested to know how it can assist in my non-profit projects.

Additionally, what else we can get from it (CiviCRM), any other value additions?

I spent about an hour last week doing a search for things like "CiviCRM conference call" and "Online meeting for CiviCRM" and I never came across this.

Good to see it now though; and I hope my post here is searchable so others might run across it as well.

Yes there is; you just have to go to http://www.datascribe.biz/getting-started-civicrm-workshop and click on the "Register Now" button at the bottom to get into one of these.

Tried to register for the on line traing but says its closed, like to sign up to the next one what do i need to do?

Hmm; try it again. I just went to the web site and clicked on the big red "Register Now" button and was taken to a page that said the next session was October the 13th with an option to click a grey "Register Now" button.

On what point are you getting the "full" message?

We are now offering the Webinar on a monthly basis instead of weekly. And the webinars are free. The next one will be Wednesday, October 13th at 12p PDT / 1p MDT/ 2 CDT/ 3p EDT. It lasts for an hour and a half.

I'm new and I would love to take the seminar, but Wednesdays are the only day I teach at the time of the seminar. Are you planning a different day in the near future?

We selected Wednesdays because they seemed to work best based on our past Webinars. We may hold it on alternative days or make a recording of the sessions in the future.
