Cannot assign imported contacts to a group.
March 25, 2010, 09:03:18 am
Hi, I am using CiviCRM 3.1.3.
The import of data works fine, but I cannot click on any of the links below to assign new contacts to tags and groups. I uninstalled my JCE and Azrul components and plugins, but the problem persists. See screen shot.

Any ideas why the links are not enabled? Regards, Henrik

looks like the links are enabled; i think these just use a javascript onclick() function to expand them out. do you have javascript disabled? check in another browser?

also check your resource urls in civi admin > global settings > resource urls

Thanks, just checked my javascript settings and global resource files settings. Appears to work fine. Also checked in IE7 and Mozilla Firefox 3.6.2.  This is strange. Henrik

hmmm. try clearing out everything in your templates_c folder (don't delete the folder itself).

It's solved.
The rokbox plugin was the problem. To work around it, temporarily disable both plugins in the extension manager. Thanks guys.  Henrik
