At http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,6605.0.html this issue was discussed but seems like it wasn't resolved.

When importing activities I can map a field to "source contact" but CiviCRM seems to ignore this and marks all imported activities as "added by" me (the contact that did the import).

Using my limited PHP skills I think I was able to fix this. In CRM/Activity/Import/Parser/Activity.php line 193 AND 247
