Double confirmation when deleting custom field

When deleting a custom field, I get a warning once I selected 'delete' in a separate window. This is fine and fast. Once I confirmed however, I get another confirmation message asking me to confirm again. I believe this is one too many, although more information is given in the second one. I would prefer to have these merged into one.
