1.  You can sync Joomla users to CiviCRM but not the other way around.

2. You can use the contact dashboard to display this info

Could additional comments:

1) Yes, they get merged using the "synchronize users (joomla) to contacts (civicrm)" option on the Administer CiviCRM page. As speleo noted, that's a one-way sync -- it looks at all joomla users and connects them to existing civicrm contacts, or creates a corresponding contact in civicrm if it does not already exist. The reverse sync is not available.

2) The contact dashboard is just a summary of a contacts existing record. You can also publish an event info or event registration page to the joomla frontend. Both are done by creating a menu link to the civicrm component, click apply to do an initial save, and then use the parameters dialog to choose your view type. You need to also indicate which event you are referencing. See here for more guidance:

configured:

step1:

You can see what I was selected.

step2:

On the menu item creation page -- note the comment listed under the parameter tab. The options for selecting a CiviCRM view don't appear until you have applied or saved the menu item. Having saved the item, if you now go back into the menu item, you'll see a dropdown for the view selection and some option boxes that you need to complete.

It's the add (or edit) menu item page -- the one you put a screenshot of above.
You created the menu item for CiviCRM, but didn't select the parameters. The parameter options don't appear until you've saved the item. So just go back into the menu item you created, and configure the parameters.

Try creating a new menu item.

Select Component
From the pull down, select CiviCRM
Then click "Apply" (not Save).

The parameters options should appear.
Also make sure you've followed the other instructions regarding hacking your Joomla index file in the link previously provided.

Lastly, you stated that it won't display the web page -- I'm guessing you're getting a blank screen when you try to edit the menu item. Make sure your memory_limit setting in php is 32mb or higher, and the max_execution_time = 600. I recall having an issue with 1.0.13 with not being able to revisit the CiviCRM menu link after creating it, and it turned out to be related to the resource limit settings.

Database access details are stored in the civicrm.settings.php file which can be found in two locations.

/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm - for the backend
/public_html/components/com_civicrm - for the public frontend

The files are well commented and you'll need to edit the relevant sections. You may need to use a tool like JoomlaXplorer because of file permissions.

This one ?
$civicrm_root = '/var/www/html/joomla/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm';
define( 'CIVICRM_TEMPLATE_COMPILEDIR', '/var/www/html/joomla/media/civicrm/templates_c/' );

I discover that in installer > components display some warning (see below picture), I don't
know is that effected the civicrm blank screen.

Leiw,

The Database settings are in the civicrm.settings.php file under the heading "CiviCRM Database Settings" not "File System Paths".

The warning in Joomla is just that. It's a warning that you should be aware that installing any third party software can have an adverse effect if you do not patch it when security issues are exposed.

You might want to consider asking someone a bit familiar with Joomla / CiviCRM to help and/or hire someone from the CiviCRM professional pages: http://civicrm.org/professional/
