Event Confirmation email not sent when CC and BCC email set.

When I try to use the CC or BCC field in my event confirmation the only email that is sent is the last person in the BCC or CC field. No other emails are sent including the confirmation to the individual who registered for the event. I am using a no fee event on
CiviCRM version 3.1.3
PHP Version:       5.2.9
Joomla! 1.5.7 Production/Stable [ Wovusani ] 9-September-2008 23:00 GMT

I am having the same problem with reminders. If there is more than 1 recipient the email only goes out to the last person on the list.

If your forum profile is accurate and you are still running 2.2.x - would be best for you to upgrade to latest stable version and see if that addresses your issues.

CiviCRM version 3.1.3 

I am having problems with all my CC and BCC fields not going out properly.

Your mail server logs might give a clue as to what's happening.

I'll see what I can find, I don't have direct access to the logs so it gets more difficult.
