Custom supporter profile in Joomla - cant override

Have been trying to create a template  override for Supporter profile published to a menu n Joomla 1.5.15
CiviCRM 3.1

Problem is no matter what I do I cant get the override working.

Custom Templates: /home/mypath/public_html/media/civicrm/custom/

Actual directory contents:/home/mypath/public_html/media/civicrm/custom/Profile/Form/
Dynamic.tpl
Edit.tpl

Have also tried profile id 2: (eg /home/mypath/public_html/media/civicrm/custom/Profile/Form/2)

Cleared cache ,deleted templates_c - no joy.

Have used succefully for event forms but cant make any progress with this.

any ideas?

It should be /home/mypath/public_html/media/civicrm/custom/CRM/Profile/Form/
