Hi I've been reading the wiki page on mail tokens and mail action tokens, but I can't see the one for 'use the preferred email greeting listed in the profile' - there are several for using specific name fields etc, but each profile has preferred email greeting that they can set and I assume that there is a token that goes with that.

Could someone tell me what it is/tell me how stupid I am for not reading the manual properly?

Hi Ed - This should work:

{contact.email_greeting}

You should be able to 'find' all valid tokens using 'Insert Token' link when composing email messages. It was missing from mail merge token doc - I've updated the page.
