Custom data (Note/RTE) can't be added to event template

On the demo site...created a custom data field (Note with RichTextEditor) for events - the RTE box shows in preview, but will not load on an event template page - the label will load, but not the RTE

The RTE appears only in a new event, but not in an editable template page, or in a new event from a template.

You can view the missing RTE box at http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/event/manage?action=update&id=5&reset=1&subPage=EventInfo

Label = Note with RichTextEditor

A Note with Text Box can be added - but the text box strips out all of the html characters after a save.

Seems to be a problem with CKEditor - when I switch to TinyMCE as the editor - the field appears.

...seems to be a few bugs using CKEditor with CiviCRM... will this issue be investigated?
