When changing my Resource URL, I made an error and now I cannot get back to global settings to change it back.  When I get to the home page of civiCRM all I see is the homepage with a spinning loading wheel.  Any suggestions?

So, the URL should be something like this:

http://joomla.demo.civicrm.org/administrator/index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/setting/url&reset=1&

and you should be able to enter it into your browser's address bar if there are no links

It will not let me navigate to that page.  I think I need to change the php file.  Any idea which file it is?

I just reinstalled setup and it seems to be working well now.  Thanks
