Getting "Could not find valid Key" when clicking on "Continue" RESOLVED
April 05, 2010, 07:20:41 pm
Hi all!

I am working on getting CiviEvent working on a Drupal site. I keep getting the following error when clicking on the "Continue" button at the bottom of a CiviEvent page. The backtrace says this:

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
Could not find valid value for id
Return to home page.

Running Drupal 6 and CiviCrm version 2.2.2 (I know, I know, I need to upgrade!)

Any ideas?

Re: Getting "Could not find valid Key" when clicking on CiviEvent "Continue" but
April 06, 2010, 08:34:13 am
I have done further testing and I don't get the error when I click the "Continue" button with the following CiviEvent settings:

Paid Event = Yes, Payment Processor = "-select-", Enable Pay Later = checked

I do get the error if Payment Processor is set to "Paypal" (which works just fine on CiviContribute forms)

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thank you so much!

After upgrading to CiviCrm 3.1.3 and clearing civicrm cache, my issue went away.

Best,

John
