Datepicker (Date picker) is not showing month

hi,

we're getting a weird display on our datepicker - no month is showing up.

i've tried editing the css, but so far, to no avail.

screenshot attached.

anyone run across this?

you should try to reproduce this issue on demo. Check your date format settings also

I cannot reproduce it on Demo and I have confirmed that date format settings are correct.

I think it's a css thing - it looks like it doesn't have enough space. I hit something a bit like it I think & Kyle Jaster helped me. I posted what his fix was on the forum somewhere but can't look right now. maybe search on z-index.

I think you're right Eileen about the space, but i haven't been able to crack it yet. Tried adjusting a number of widths in the css; tried bringing in a different css file; tried it on IE as well as FF; tried the z fix noted above, but nothing worked. Still mulling...

nicozdunich, 2 questions for you:
1) what theme are you using?
2) what version of the drupal date module are you using?

Date: 6.x-2.4

I have also tried changing the theme to several others to see if that works.

I am also having a difficult time with this, and have been trying to theme it, but now having success.  Part of the issue is that the date/year elements are not having enough space.  I am using the following css:

div #ui-datepicker-div .ui-datepicker ui-widget ui-widget-content ui-helper-clearfix ui-corner-all ui-helper-hidden-accessible div .ui-datepicker-header ui-widget-header ui-helper-clearfix ui-corner-all div .ui-datepicker-title select .ui-datepicker-month
{
width: 600px;
}

i am getting no effect whatsoever even when i take some of the ancestor divisions out.  what's more is that there is not a way to make a date happen without a date picker - which seems really unfortunate...

anyone even get a fix for this?
