Server move = validation error with your HTML input?
April 07, 2010, 05:17:16 am
Hello,

After I moved servers, I run a membership detail report and try to export to PDF I get:

Quote
Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.

There is a validation error with your HTML input. Your activity is a bit suspicious, hence aborting

I am running 3.1.2 w/ drupal.

I have deleted Config.ids.ini, cache files from en_US and set to null config_backend in civicrm_domain table. I have also granted (for testing) 777 perms on the ../sites/default/files/civicrm. It was always creating and saving files correctly even before setting 777. I also verified all of the paths in directories and resource urls. That is everything I can think of to try and fix this issue.

Does anyone have other ideas?

Did this precise report work on the other server?

The only other option I can think of off hand is to upgrade to 3.1.3.

I was told it did. I didn't run many of the reports. All of the other reports work. I didn't customize this report at all.

Beyond that I would have to examine the site and probably attempt to debug it manually...

I figured out how to fix this. The issue was PCRE and the build of it on my system did not have Unicode support. So I compiled and installed the latest version 8.02. It's working now.
