I'm trying to figure out how to configure CiviMember and CiviContribute to create the pages to accept credit card payments for membership dues.

I created a Contribution Page, set up a couple of test Credit Card Processors. I have several options enabled in Payment Instruments, Accepted Credit Cards, Contribution Types, Membership Types.

When I do New Membership, it presents a form. I can select the Membership Organization and Type.

When I click the checkbox for Record Membership Payment, it displays the Membership Payment and Receipt section. When I choose Credit Card for Paid By, it doesn't show any additional fields to enter the credit card info (card number, expiration, etc.).

I thought this was built into CiviCRM? Am I missing some basic setting somewhere to enable this?

Yes, I already did that.

Anyone else know of some global setting I may have missed?

I set up 3 payment processors, but none with real account data:  dummy, Google Checkout, Authorize.Net. I just filled in all the Processor Details fields with dummy data. I set the default processor to Authorize.Net.

When I go to Membership Settings for this Contribution Page, something appears to be missing -- see attached image.
