How to remove the CiviCRM panels from online registration and even info. pages

These CiviCRM panels are across the top and at left side of screen.

Appreciate your feedback....

Not too clear on what elements you're referring to - sounds a bit like the Drupal header and left column from your drupal theme (since CiviCRM generally only occupies the 'content' section of any page). Might help to upload an annotated screenshot.

Thanks for your reply.   I tried to upload a screenshot but the file size is too big to be attached here.

I will try to describe ....

On the top panel, there are tabs for: Home, Search, Contacts, Contributions, Events, Mailings, Memberships, Reports, Other, Administrator, Help.
On the left panel, there are Recent Items, my contact Dashboard, New Individual set up fields, and links to CiviCRM, My Account, Create Content etc.

Hopefully, this gives you a better idea.   Appreciate your advise as how to remove the panels.  Thank you.

These elements only appear to logged in users who have access CiviCRM and other CiviCRM permissions. They will not show to anonymous visitors (or logged in users w/o those permissions) who are looking at event info or registering.
