I'm new. I may be looking for a unicorn.

Ideally we are looking for a CiviCRM (?) database structure with the ability to accept any currency (via credit card) and have name address, phone, email address etc recorded directly into the database as the user makes the donation on a webpage. This system would also issue the applicable tax receipt (for that country) and notify the admin contact when a donation is made. This system would also allow us to create mailing labels which we would export to word and print for snailing. (We'd be ok paying for this service). Does this exist?

We are thinking of using CiviCRM for our donation tracking system, but we are concerned about international (including Canadian, Mexican, Philippine) donations. (We do not-nor wish to-use Paypal.)

Is there a partnership between CiviCRM and a credit card company or other online donation/currency processing service?
