Regarding membership premiums it is possible to swap out the offerings depending on the amount of the donation?  It seems like the mechanism is in there--because you can set a minimum value for the premium, but it still shows up on the contribution form and then the transaction is still allowed to proceed despite not having met the minimum amount for that item.

I would really like to be able to have the list of premiums offered be dynamically driven by the pledge amount.  Is this possible?

Or is there some way of simply having a drop down list of all premiums that would be available at that membership level?

No.  Currently we show all premiums. But i can you can specify "Minimum Contribution Amount" for a premium.  In this way you can restrict premium selection based on users contribution.
