Hello,

We installed CiviCRM on Drupal for our outreach database.  We noticed we can't send any mail as the time is always wrong.

We set the timezone on our domain through .htaccess and through php.ini to be New_York.  But it's not working at all. 

Drupal shows up with the correct time but CiviCRM refuses.

Fixed.  It took CiviCRM the entire day to switch over, but it finally did.  Whew.

How did you fix it please?  I have the  same problem, only I am in Alaska.  I have been working on it all week! Perhaps I have my .htaccess wrong, I am such a noob!
