"Select Existing Organization" not working in Internet Explorer

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue, but when my members go to renew the membership for their organization, they choose "Select Existing Organization" and start filling in their company details.  I have noticed that in Firefox, the "Company Name" field changes over to a search field to populate the information for their organization without any issues.  In Internet Explorer though that change does not seem to be taking place, so members are reentering all of their company information, and possibly creating duplicates.  Any ideas on a fix?
