Hi, am new to civicrm, i have installed drupal, civicrm and every setting is fine. I have created contribution campaigns, events, but they dont appear on the home page. I have browsed thru the manuals, with little success, all global settings, are ok. I must be missing a simple step somewhere.

am sure, they are many folks who are frustrated like me, i have now spent 2 days with no success

Civicrm does not createt Drupal nodes so they won't just appear. If you want something on the drupal front page, maybe you should try creating a node and pasting in the link for the civicrm page so you get a better idea of how this works.
