Search Builder and Full Text Search pages not displaying

I am running Drupal 6.16 (LiteJazz) and Civicrm 3.1.2.  When I select Search Builder or Full Text Search from an administration menu I get no display.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so is there a simple solution?

does the problem disappear when u switch to garland?
