Changing page titles

How can I change the title of certain Personal Campaign Pages? 

I want to change the following titles:

"Setup a Personal Campaign Page - Account Information"

"Setup a Personal Campaign Page - step 2"

"Edit your personal campaign Page"

the fastest / easiest approach might be to use a custom translate function (which can be set in the admin localization screen)
