Organizational Fields being populated with "null"

Here's an issue that has resurfaced from earlier versions (verified on the demo site)

Authorized individual ('dsasa sadsada' can view and update information for 'demo') using membership form (with "on behalf of" turned on):
http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=2

After selecting "Select existing organization" and entering Organization Name empty fields are populated with "null"
