Hi,

I am trying to run upgrade from CiviCRM v3.1.3 to CiviCRM 3.1.4.
But if I run the "upgrade" of the schema, I encountered the following error.

And I can not access some of the functions either anymore.

I downloaded the dbtools, to see if that could fix my problems, but, I cant..
Please help me.
