Blank page upon activating module in drupal
October 13, 2007, 08:52:13 am
Hi all,
I am getting a blank page for my entire website after activating the civicrm module in admin/modules. I have to go into phpMyAdmin and set status to 0 in system to get the site to come back up.

I used the automatic installer. I then rechecked the info in civicrm.settings.php and they all seem to be correct.

I see no errors relating to civicrm in drupal's watchdog system.

I see the following in the apache error log:
Code: [Select]
[Sat Oct 13 09:50:38 2007] [notice] child pid 18907 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
Any ideas?

You will need to upgrade your php version to a more recent version. In general a core dump indicates a problem with the php module

My server runs PHP 5.2.1. Shall I still take this error to the host then?
