activity edit

once an activity is complete, one can see the details of that activity, can it also be edited ?

Not as of 1.9. However we are doing some improvements for Activity / Activity History for 2.0 - and I'm pretty sure you'll then be able to edit completed activities at that point. If this is an immediate priority - I suspect you could do some fairly simple changes in the codebase to include completed activities in the Activity listing table.
