Styling the Contact Summary email

After submitting a new contact from Joomla 1.5.15 front end, I have it email myself the full information (profile settings advanced).

Is there a way to style the resulting email?  I would like to have multiple result fields (in some cases) run across, rather than always have one field per line.

I can't (as far as I know), do the usual item of view source to see the .tpl file, etc.

OK, perhaps I found most of it...

Administer -> Configure -> Message Templates -> (System Workflow Messages tab) -> "Profiles - Admin Notification"

So, now I just need to somehow generate a list of the fields I want to get "across", without messing up the automatic loop to fetch all fields, etc.

Any advice or preexisting examples would still be appreciated.
