Hello can anyone help with this error:

which should be fixed soon enough.

http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-6188  this issue is already fixed,
as part of  http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-6101

you might want to integrate this patch :  http://fisheye2.atlassian.com/changelog/CiviCRM/?cs=27288

and let us know if it works for your install.

I'm having the same issue

Which file is actually causing the problem?

I do not have Group.hlp in the folder specified for my Drupal deployment

I also checked Smarty.class.php  for the heck of it and the same

Are you sure? It’s definitely there on the 3.1 branch: http://svn.civicrm.org/civicrm/branches/v3.1/templates/CRM/UF/Form/
