Have just added some code we've been using since 2.0.x for Flo2Cash to JIRA. I don't think it's ready for inclusion in Civi core just yet, but figured getting it out to the community can only improve our chances of getting it polished enough to consider.

Flo2Cash are an NZ payment processor who focus on the non-profit market to some degree, and I know of a few other .orgs here who are using their services. There is a matching payment processor for Ubercart which is probably worth reviewing if you're thinking of adding to this.

Lacks IPN and requires a couple of in-code customisations still.
